Refund Policy

Prepaid wallet balances

Wallet top-ups (recharges) are non-refundable. Funds are used to pay model-provider costs and the Pay-per-Saving fee as you consume the Service. Unused balance is not redeemable for cash and is forfeited if your account is closed.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We do not pro-rate partial periods.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error, or believe a charge resulted from a billing defect on our side, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and, where warranted, issue a correction or credit. Required statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are unaffected by this policy.
